What are the two words for Wednesday?  Curb Appeal, or the visual attractiveness of a house as seen from the street.

All Stagers and Real Estate agents know that curb appeal is the second most important factor of selling a home.  The first factor will always be location.  After that, curb appeal is what will get them in the door, whether or not the location is ideal.

One of my favorite pastimes is walking through my neighborhood and admiring what my neighbors are doing in their gardens.  Spring, summer, and fall offer a  much easier opportunity for beauty in staging your front yard.

Winter is tough on curb appeal.  Here is a video that will help stage the exterior of your home if you are selling in winter.  If you are thinking of a move, please feel free to email me directly, or call my cell.  I would be happy to visit and offer my suggestions.  As part of my marketing package, I provide a stager consultation to all of my seller clients. This along with professional photography goes a long way towards making your home stand out from the crowd.
